Houses we have handed over.
New build, extension and careful renovation — timber, light, and a site that looks like a house when we leave.

Details that hold. Results you can see.
On site
The house is built where it stands.
Foundations, timber, weather. We keep the site tidy and the neighbours informed — then we leave it looking like a finished house, not a leftover job.
The frame
Structure before surface.
A true frame is what the next thirty years rest on. We set it square, dry and documented before the cladding goes on.
Handover
A walk-through, not a shrug.
We walk the house with you. Snags get a date. Drawings and guarantees sit in one folder.
